This is the Skild Robotics Operations Library — a centralized, structured knowledge base for everyone who runs a Skild robot in the field, plans a deployment, manages a customer program, or maintains the robot stack.

  • General — robot-agnostic safety, communications, escalation, data-privacy, incident response.
  • Robots — canonical SOPs for GO2 and Vega.
  • Sites — physical-site overrides for LGA, Pittsburgh, Bay Area, San Mateo.
  • Deployments — customer-program overrides (currently ABM).
  • Projects — cross-cutting programs (currently customer-consent).
  • Tasks — by-procedure faceted index.
  • Troubleshooting — by-symptom + by-robot + by-deployment + known-issues.
  • Apps & Tools — web tracker, scanning app, operator app, issue reporting.
  • Training — operator onboarding + role-based curricula.
  • Dashboards — issue reporting, KPIs, operator performance (placeholders for V2).
  • Source control — freshness, conflicts, review checklists.
  • Access control — RBAC plan + approval workflow.
  • Templates — reusable templates for new content.

Status

V1 skeleton — Phase 4 complete (2026-05-18). Most pages are placeholders awaiting Phase 5 SOP migration. The frontmatter contract and integration story are locked.
