Sites in scope (V1):

  • LGA — LaGuardia Airport Terminal B. Active. Hosts the ABM deployment.
  • Pittsburgh — operator onboarding hub.
  • Bay Area — planning + scoping.
  • San Mateo — depot scoping.

Use site-level overrides for: gate access, escort protocols, storage, operating hours/zones, site-specific incident response, site-specific reportable issues.

Each site folder uses an overrides.md page that enumerates which general / robot SOPs are modified for the site and how. Overrides do not duplicate procedure text — they reference + extend.
