Read these first. Anything in /general/ applies unless a robot-, site-, or deployment-specific page overrides it.

Universal SOPs

• Safety — public interaction, hazards, physical handling, E-Stops.
• Communications — two-operator handshake, Slack discipline, required messages.
• Escalation — escalation tree by situation type, contacts.
• Data privacy — what to say (and not say) about data capture.
• Incident response — report submission, reportable issues, roles.
• Field ops standards — cross-deployment field practices.
• Equipment checkout — hardware request, return, accountability.

Override layers

When the same procedure differs by context, the override layer wins:

1. /general/ — universal.
2. /robots/{robot}/ — robot-specific differences.
3. /sites/{site}/overrides/ — physical-site differences.
4. /deployments/{deployment}/overrides/ — customer-program differences.

Each override page lists which general SOP it modifies and how — it does not re-state the full procedure.
