ABM deployment plan

Scope

ABM pilot deployment timeline, milestones, and roll-out plan. This is a working summary; the live data lives in the Drive artifacts cited below.

Status

The ABM pilot has at least three primary deployment-tracking artifacts; this SOP summarizes their purpose. Detailed extraction is deferred to work computer because (1) the spreadsheet-based plans are best read in their native format and (2) the most current data may have moved since the local audit extract was made.

What we know from the ABM Pilot Ops Report extract

Local extract referenced but not deeply read. Likely contents:

  • Operator-level performance metrics.
  • Incident summaries from the live operations.
  • Weekly review notes.
